Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.                                                                     

Shipping rates                                                                                                        

  - Free shipping on orders over €70                        

  - A flat shipping rate applies to orders under €70 — this is calculated at checkout

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Standard estimated delivery within the Netherlands and EU is 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and not guarantees.                                                 

Tracking                                                                                                              

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact@thesignalcore.com and we will investigate.         

Incorrect address                                                                                                     

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
